Working Conditions & Enviorment:
Primarily works in the patient’s place of residence. Working hours are Monday through Friday, and weekend rotation.
Requirments:
Accepts assignments and performs care in coordination with case manager physician
Assists the physician in evaluating patients by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscles, nerve, joint, and functional abilities test
Observe, record and report to the physician and/or supervisor the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient’s condition
Complete records appropriately
Turns paperwork into the office twice a week
Must have Physical Therapy License, own transportation, drivers license and automobile insurance
