I want to let you know that one of your RNs provided my Father with outstanding nursing care. Her care and attention to details went above and beyond her duties as a nurse. She kept us informed and took charge in explaining to us what to expect. No matter how busy she was, she was responsive by phone or e-mail. She has exceeded our expectations and I cannot thank her enough for the help she provided my Dad and family. She is a true angel.
