The first thing that comes to mind as a major reason for my extreme happiness with working at PHCA is the people and climate of the office. Everyone genuinely cares for and likes each other. There never seems to be any ill will, backstabbing, eye rolling or distaste for anyone. The office support staff never shows frustration when field staff make mistakes. People are polite, genuine and we have fun! The owners are totally involved by carrying their own patient caseloads. I think that in itself helps keep a pulse and sets the tone as a win-win situation. Sincere dedication for the patient is good for everyone; the patients, owners, field staff and office staff.
